Understanding the Nature and Purpose of 7E-Cards
Please Read Carefully Before Generating, Viewing, Receiving, Purchasing, or Using a 7E-Card
This disclaimer explains the nature, purpose, and limitations of 7E-Cards. By generating, viewing, receiving, purchasing, or using a 7E-Card, you agree to the terms outlined below.
"7E-Card" means any card created, generated, presented, issued, displayed, distributed, or made available by 7Eplates.ae, whether in digital, electronic, printed, physical, or any other format, whether currently available or introduced in the future.
7E-Cards are privately created by 7Eplates.ae for personal, aesthetic, presentation, commemorative, entertainment, and collectible purposes.
A 7E-Card is not an official government document or government-issued certificate.
All 7E-Card classes, categories, levels, grades, star ratings, rankings, rarity designations, labels, and related classifications are created solely by 7Eplates.ae as part of its independent 7E-Card system.

The categories and classifications used by 7Eplates.ae are private and proprietary classifications created exclusively for the 7Eplates.ae platform and its 7E-Card system.
This classification system is for collectible, informational, aesthetic, and entertainment purposes only.
7Eplates.ae may determine or assign a 7E-Card class or category based on its own analysis, criteria, methodology, and judgement.
Such considerations may include, but are not limited to:
These factors and the resulting classification represent only the independent categorisation of 7Eplates.ae. A classification does not constitute an official assessment, certification, valuation, authentication, or government determination.
7Eplates.ae and its 7E-Cards should not be understood as being affiliated with, acting on behalf of, representing, authorised by, approved by, certified by, or endorsed by any UAE Government authority or vehicle registration authority, unless such relationship is expressly and officially stated.
The appearance of a government-related term, vehicle registration reference, plate number, emblem, symbol, or other information on a 7E-Card does not make the card a government document or government-issued certificate.
A 7E-Card does not prove or verify ownership of a vehicle, registration plate, or any other property.
Possession of a 7E-Card does not establish legal ownership, registered ownership, possession or entitlement, transfer rights, registration rights, authenticity of ownership, authority to sell or transfer a plate, or any other legal right or entitlement.
Any ownership or registration verification must be obtained through the relevant official government authority.
A 7E-Card is not an authenticity certificate and does not independently verify that a particular plate number, vehicle, registration record, document, or transaction is genuine, current, valid, or legally registered.
Any information displayed on a 7E-Card should be understood as part of the presentation and collectible concept of the 7E-Card and should not be treated as official verification.
A 7E-Card category, class, level, or star rating must not be interpreted as indicating that a plate has been officially designated by a government authority as rare, premium, special, VIP, valuable, limited, high-ranking, or any other official classification.
Any such description used by 7Eplates.ae is solely part of its private 7E-Card classification system.
The class, category, star rating, rarity description, or other designation shown on a 7E-Card does not constitute a valuation or guaranteed market price.
7Eplates.ae does not guarantee that a particular plate number will achieve any particular selling price, resale value, demand, or financial return.
Actual market interest and transaction prices may differ substantially depending on buyers, sellers, timing, location, market conditions, and other circumstances.
A 7E-Card classification should therefore not be relied upon as a financial valuation or investment assessment.
7E-Cards are intended primarily to provide a personal, aesthetic, presentation, commemorative, entertainment, and collectible representation of a plate number.
A 7E-Card may be used for personal display, digital sharing, collection, presentation, gifting, or similar purposes.
The creation or possession of a 7E-Card does not create, transfer, confirm, or guarantee any legal, governmental, ownership, financial, or commercial right.
A 7E-Card must not be relied upon as a substitute for government registration documents, ownership documents, vehicle registration records, government certificates, official valuation, authentication documents, transfer documents, legal documents, or any other document issued by an authorised government or competent authority.
The 7E-Card classification system is an independently developed and evolving system of 7Eplates.ae.
7Eplates.ae reserves the right to create, modify, revise, rename, add, remove, combine, separate, alternate, improve, or discontinue any 7E-Card class, category, level, rating, rarity designation, or classification at any time.
Classifications may be reviewed or updated based on:
Any feedback, suggestion, recommendation, or opinion received from users, reviewers, collectors, or other parties may be considered by 7Eplates.ae but does not automatically require or guarantee a change in classification. The final decision regarding any 7E-Card classification remains solely with 7Eplates.ae.
Accordingly, a particular plate number may receive a different class, category, rating, or designation in the future if the 7Eplates.ae classification methodology or assessment is revised.
Any such change does not represent a correction of an official government classification, because the 7E-Card classification system is private, unofficial, and created solely by 7Eplates.ae.
The classification applicable to a 7E-Card may therefore change over time as the 7E-Card system develops and improves.
The generation, viewing, purchase, receipt, possession, or display of a 7E-Card does not grant the holder any ownership, registration, transfer, priority, legal, financial, governmental, or other proprietary right in relation to the plate number or vehicle represented on the card.
The 7E-Card is a representation and collectible item only.
Users should independently verify any information relating to ownership, registration, legal status, transfer, authenticity, or other official matters through the relevant competent authority.
7Eplates.ae should not be relied upon as the sole source for determining the legal status or ownership of any vehicle or registration plate.
By selecting "I Agree & Continue," "Generate 7E-Card," "View 7E-Card," or by otherwise proceeding with a 7E-Card service, the user acknowledges and confirms that they have read and understood this Disclaimer.
