For paid listing, promotional, or other marketplace services provided directly by 7Eplates.ae, any liability arising directly from our failure to provide the applicable service shall, to the extent permitted by law, be limited to the amount actually paid by the affected user to 7Eplates.ae for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for matters that cannot legally be limited or excluded under applicable law.

The publication, display, or listing of a vehicle number plate on the platform does not constitute an official or legally binding transfer of ownership.
